the politics are dancing

I was reading up on world events on the bbc when i saw this article that took me completely aback.  the swiss are voting on a ban on minarets.  ive known the swiss to be a wonderful and reasonable people.  to see this is quite shocking. the svp are supporting the ban on minarets for they say it is a political statement that is contrary to swiss law.  this is of course a load of pappekak. the svp states the minarets represent the establishment of sharia law.  if this be the case then wouldnt the establishment of cathedrals represent the manifestation of papal law in switzerland?  what...

This in turn forms small rivers that have the power to cut through mountains. This is what love is. The glacier melting. The measure of love is by the degree of the melt. Love can range from small trickles to vast rivers that would make the amazon seem like a mere stream. ~adieu

it’s interesting that some Mondays are better than others. most seem to dread the onset of yet another Monday. some seem quite the opposite, much to the chagrin and animosity of the first group mentioned. I’ve come to realize that it’s not the day itself that has the inherent social problem. it’s the people themselves. more importantly it’s their attitude towards the day. this morning I woke up a bit late for me, but I woke none the less with a happy face and a bright cheery disposition. I greeted everyone with a smile and sparkle in my eye. in return I was...
